Re: Final Plat submittal for The Lofts,Wolf Pen Creek.
Dear Bridgette,
Attached please find the final plat submittal for The Lofts that is located at Dartmouth and Holleman in
the Wolf Pen Creek zoning district. Along with the application and 14 copies of the plat,you will find
the following supporting information:
• Construction documents for Manuel Drive(2 copies);
• Engineer's estimates for Manuel Drive;
• Copy of the approved preliminary plat;and,
• Engineer's certification re:the B/CS Design Guidelines.
You will notice that the tax certificates are missing from the submittal. The computers at the Tax
Office are down. We will provide the certificates as soon as possible. You will also notice that we
only provided a copy of the approved preliminary plat. The reason is we need to make a correction to
the one that was approved by the Planning&Zoning Commission. The preliminary plat was based on
a survey prepared by David Mayo several years ago. Since that time, Kerr Surveying was hired to do
the remaining survey work. When he verified the boundary,he found a slight discrepancy. That error
is corrected on the preliminary plat. Once staff has reviewed the preliminary plat, we will provide the
mylar original for your files.

Re: The Lofts, Wolf Pen Creek Final Plat scheduled for 1382 on September 20, 2007.

One (1) 24" xx 36" copy of the revised Final Plat; and
Seventeen (14) 11" x 17" copies of the revised Final Plat.

Natalie,
As I have mentioned to you earlier today, our Legal Department has asked that the plat show a 50' ROW dedication
for Manuel Drive with an additional 5'shown as proposed on each side. This is in connection with your pending
Oversize Participation request. I have added this and another minor item to the Staff Review Comments going to
tonight's Planning&Zoning Commission meeting. Again,these items can be addressed when the mylar is submitted.
