The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. If all comments have been addressed and the following information submitted by Monday, November 19th at 10:00 a.m., your project will be placed on the next available Planning and Zoning Commission meeting scheduled for December 6th at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1101 Texas Avenue. One (1) 24" x 36" copy of the revised Master Plan; and Nineteen (19) 11" x 17" copies of the revised Master Plan. Upon receipt of the required documents for the Planning & Zoning meeting, your project will be considered formally filed with the City of College Station. Please note that if all comments have not been addressed, your project will be pulled from the scheduled Planning & Zoning Commission agenda. Your project may be placed on a future agenda once all the revisions have been made and the appropriate fees paid. Once your item has been scheduled for the P&Z meeting, the agenda and staff report can be accessed at the following web site on Monday the week of the P&Z meeting. http://www.cstx.gov/home/index.asp?page=2481. The Subdivision Regulations require that streets project into all adjacent unplatted properties. Please revise plans to reflect this requirement. 2. Please label floodplain on the property. 3. Please remove notes related to specific easement or right-of-way widths (notes 3, 4, and 10). This should be submitted as a revised Master Plan for the Villages of Indian Lakes Subdivision and should include all of the property in the Subdivision. 2. Please provide proposed land uses, including residential areas (with density), roadways, areas for land conservation, and any other significant features limiting development, including pipeline easements, oil wells, floodplains, etc. 3. Please remove right-of-way widths, but label street in compliance with Comprehensive Plan (ie: Major Arterial). 4. Please remove proposed easements. 5. Only utilities included on the City's Master Utility Plans should be included. 6. Please remove note on the top of page two. 7. County comments still pending.
