SUBJECT: LUTHER ST WEST (REZ) — Rezoning
Staff reviewed the above-mentioned rezoning as requested. The following page is a list of staff
review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address all comments and
submit the following information by Monday, September 17th, 10:00 a.m., for your project to be
placed on the next available Planning & Zoning Commission (P&Z) meeting scheduled for
October 4th, 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1101 Texas Avenue:
One (1) 24"x36" copy of the revised Rezoning Map;
Nineteen (19) 11"x17" copies of the revised Rezoning Map;
One (1) copy of the digital file of the revised rezoning Metes & Bounds on
diskette or e-mail to sgriffin@cstx.gov.
Please note that if all comments have not been addressed, your project will be not be scheduled
for the P&Z agenda. Your project may be placed on a future agenda once all comments have
been addressed and the appropriate re-advertising fees paid.
Once your item has been scheduled for the P&Z meeting, the agenda and staff report can be
accessed at the following web site on Monday the week of the P&Z meeting.

1. I cannot decipher the signature for the owner. Please provide a printed name below the
signature. If it is not the owner, please provide a power of attorney to sign for the owner.
2. Map should be titled a rezoning map.
3. Map should also be to scale.
4. The rezoning for the adjacent parcel brought up issues of shared access at the Planning
and Zoning Commission. Have you discussed shared access in order to limit curb cuts along
this portion of Luther, if so what has been the outcome of this discussion?
