The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. One (1) 24"x36" copy of the revised final plat; One (1) Mylar original of the revised final plat; and One (1) copy of the digital file of the final plat on diskette or e-mail to sgriffin@cstx.gov. Upon receipt of the required documents, your project will be considered formally filed with the City of College Station. If you have any questions or need additional information, please call me at 979.764.3570. Because an easement is being removed, we will need verification by all utilities with franchise rights that this is acceptable. While this does not need to go through the formal abandonment process, we recommend that you use the standard abandonment form (no fees). 2. The ownership and dedication certificate (and associated notary) for Paul Clarke is not necessary. Please remove. 3. Please address the nature of the "conservation buffer" in the general notes. 4. Please note that any changes made to the plans, that have not been requested by the City of College Station, must be explained in your next transmittal letter and "bubbled" on your plans. Any additional changes on these plans that the City has not been made aware of will constitute a completely new review. This plat is in the College Station ETJ, but is out of the College Station Utility electric service area. Customer will have to get with their electric supplier for this area to determine electric service specifications and requirements. Plat reviewed by Timothy Crabb, CSU Electric, (979) 764-3439.
