SUBJECT: Indian Lakes Phase X-Final Plat
Staff reviewed the above-mentioned final plat as requested. The following page is a list of staff
review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please call me at 979.764.3570 if you
would like to schedule a facilitation meeting to discuss any of the below comments. If all comments
have been addressed and the following information submitted by Monday, November 20, 2006 at
10:00 a.m.,your project will be placed on the next available Planning&Zoning Commission meeting
scheduled for December 7, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1101 Texas
Avenue:
One (1) 24"x36"copy of the revised final plat;
Sixteen (16) 11"x17"copies of the revised final plat;
One (1) copy of the digital file of the final plat on diskette or e-mail to
sgriffm@cstx.gov and awelsh@cstx.gov;and
The Mylar original of the revised final plat with the owner and County Judge's
signatures (will be required after the County's approval).
Upon receipt of the required documents for the Planning & Zoning meeting, your project will be
considered formally filed with the City of College Station. Please note that if all comments have not
been addressed, your project will be pulled from the scheduled Planning & Zoning Commission
agenda. Your project may be placed on a future agenda once all the revisions have been made and
the appropriate fees paid. Once your item has been scheduled for the P&Z meeting, the agenda and
staff report can be accessed at the following web site on Monday the week of the P&Z meeting.

See index drawing on the bottom of each sheet showing the area of the plat represented by the
specific sheet. The index drawing is scaled to 1" = 500'. Refer to the vicinity map for the location
of Phase 10 in relation to surrounding phases within Indian Lakes. The number of residential lots
is provided in General Note 12.
7. See attached revised Final Plat for the location of pipeline easements. The additional information
requested (size of line, design pressure, and product transported) is not readily available from the
pipeline operators due to security issues and other policies.
ENGINEERING
c.:c ,A - See attached revised Final Plat. The 10' HOA Easement is unnecessary since the Conservation
Buffer area is owned by the HOA.
