'V1� BTU: Final Plat,Sheet 1 of 2 --The easement shows a 10'PUE between lots 7 and 8. The width
as drawn should be shown as 20'.
VIThe metes and bounds description provided does not close (by 18').
Why are the calls on the PP different from FP.
o Acreage on plat does not match acreage on application or on Preliminary Plat. Please reconcile.
ye All drainage easements shall be private except those in areas of maintenance for roadway culvert
/ crossing.
1K Since the plat is on more than one sheet, please include an index sheet showing the entire
in subdivision at a scale of 500 feet per inch or larger. Provide number of residential lots.
/ Please provide information on the pipelines in the pipeline easements on the plat. We need
approximate location of line, the size of the line, design pressure and the product transported (all
information should be on the plat).

1. Extend the 16'PUE along the south side of Indian Lakes Drive across the Conservation Buffer,
as was shown on the Preliminary Plat. The 10'HOAE is also missing on the Final Plat..
