SUBJECT: MODEL HOMES FOR STYLECRAFT B &C-Site Plan
Staff reviewed the above-mentioned site plan as requested. The following page is a list of
staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address the
comments and submit the following information for further staff review:
Seven (7) revised site plans.
If there are comments that you are not addressing with the revised site plan, please attach a letter
explaining the details. If you have any questions or need additional information, please call me at
979.764.3570.

in your next transmittal letter and"bubbled"on your plans.Any additional changes on these plans that have not
been pointed out to the City, will constitute a completely new review. P.
Notes for Site Plan Checklist
General Note: This project is a replacement of two previous model homes with two new
model homes. We are not altering any part of the site other than the
proposed phase area, and within that area, are not significantly changing
what was there before. These model homes are to remain empty a
majority of the time, except for when customers walk through them.
There are no office spaces in either model home, and usage of water and
sewer will be minimal, if at all. This project is unique as they are model
homes, as well as being replacements of previous model homes, and are
not easily categorized within the typical scope of requirements. The
following notes are written with the advisement of City planning staff.
NA-0 This project type does not need to meet this requirement.
NA-1 The site does not have any water courses. It is currently a flat lot.
NA-2 The proposed phase does not need to have parking, handicap parking, curb
cuts, or fire lanes because of the project type, as well as the existing
surrounding facilities currently meet these requirements.
NA-3 The existing landscaping that surrounds the proposed phase has previously
been approved for landscaping requirements and will remain unaffected.
Since the required landscaping exists,the proposed phase does not need to
meet the landscaping requirement. However, the proposed phase will be
landscaped appropriately and consistent with its surroundings.
NA-4 This project type does not have any of these elements.
