NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING This is to notify you that the City of College Station is considering a REZONING request for the following property: Applicant: JOE SCHULTZ Project Number: 06-500227 Subject Property: 951 William D. Fitch Pkwy (See attached location map.) Proposed Zoning: from A-O, Agricultural Open to C-1, General Commercial. The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, December 7, 2006, at 7:00 p.m. to consider the request. The City Council will also hold a public hearing to consider the request and the Commission's recommendation on Thursday, January 11, 2007, at 7:00 p.m. The public hearing will be held in the City Hall Council Chambers located at 1101 Texas Avenue, College Station, Texas.
