Please review TCEQ water and sewer crossing requirements. For water crossing over sewer, sewer needs joint of pipe with minimum pipe stiffness of 115 psi at 5% deflection and shall be imbedded in cement stabilized backfill. Where separation is less than 24", encasement of sewer line is required. Water lines crossing under sewer lines are also required to be encased. 2. Show sanitary sewer conflict with water line W-4. 3. Include BCS Unified Design Detail Sheets. 4. As noted with Section 4, Phase 1 for public storm sewer, cement stabilized backfill is required on HDPE pipe whether structural or not. 5. Water Design Report — If existing 2" and 3" lines in Royder Road do not get replaced with a 6" line, does the system have fire flow with the existing 2" and 3" lines? 6. Be aware that the subdivision will have to show fire flow capabilities once constructed in order to file the Final Plat. Test will have to be performed in accordance with NFPA 291 and witnessed by the Design or SUD Engineer. 7. Streets and drainage are under the County's purview. However, you mentioned the desire to dedicate the storm system to the City upon annexation. From a cursory review it does not appear that the system meets City Standards.
