SUBJECT: 122 Walton (ZBA) —Variance Request
Staff reviewed the above-mentioned variance application as requested. In addition to the
setback variance, a variance to required parking spaces will also be necessary. Staff's analysis
of the request has revealed that there are an insufficient number of parking spaces to
accommodate the current building space as well as future additions to the site. Therefore,
additional building space may not be added until sufficient parking has been provided or a
variance to parking requirements has been granted. Please submit an application for a variance
to parking requirements in order to proceed with the setback variance request. If you have any
