This opening has a left turn lane for north bound traffic into the future commercial development but will not have one for southbound traffic into the townhomes. If the Developer is going to be responsible for any of the design/construction costs to make a change to the median, he would prefer that I do the engineering and that he negotiate directly with the Contractor if that is possible Let me know if you need anything else thanks Joe C,,71-4- r/1 (67ital From: Josh Norton [mailto:Jnorton@cstx.gov] ,w Sent: Tuesday, October 02, 2007 4:07 PM '-u-.S I (4S I`-- Ovetelik To: Joe Schultz Cc: Lindsay Boyer Subject: Spring Creek Gardens v Joe, It was my understanding from our PAC last week that Wallace intended to meet with Mark Smith regarding potential changes to medians on the current construction project on Decatur/Arrington. In speaking to Mark Smith, he would prefer that you submit a proposal to P&DS (Lindsay and myself), and allow us to review the proposal initially. If you were able to get me something this week, I could run it past Mark at our weekly staff meeting on Friday morning. This proposal could be as informal as a PDF and illustrate the proposed changes and potential avenues for executing those changes (design, change order, etc). Let me know if you have any additional questions. Thanks -Josh Norton College Station.
