SUBJECT: MIKE BUTTE 7.60 ACRES (COMP) —Comprehensive Plan Amendment
Staff reviewed the above-mentioned Comprehensive Plan Amendment as requested. The following
page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. If all comments
have been addressed and the following information submitted by Monday, October 15, 2007, 10:00
a.m., your project will be placed on the next available Planning and Zoning Commission meeting
scheduled for, Thursday, November 1, 2007, 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1101
Texas Avenue.
One (1) 24"x36" copy of the revised Comprehensive Plan Amendment map, and
Nineteen (19) 11"x17" copies of the revised Comprehensive Plan Amendment map.
Upon receipt of the required documents for the Planning & Zoning meeting, your project will be
considered formally filed with the City of College Station. Please note that if all comments have not
been addressed your project will not be scheduled for a Planning & Zoning Commission meeting.
Your project may be placed on a future agenda once all the revisions have been made. Once your
item has been scheduled for the P&Z meeting, the agenda and staff report can be accessed at the
following web site on Monday the week of the P&Z meeting.

PLANNING
1. Please delineate the Floodplain & Streams boundary on the map as shown on the
Comprehensive Plan Land Use Map.
2. It does not appear that the 100-year floodplain boundary depicted on the map matches the
boundary on the FEMA map, FIRM panel 182C. Please revise.

next transmittal letter and "bubbled" on your plans. Any additional changes on these plans that have not been pointed
