Project: LIBERTY (FP-REPLAT) - 07-00500256
PLANNING
1. Please title the plat "Final Plat of Lots 2A-1 & 2A-2, Block 1 Liberty Subdivision, being a
replat of Lot 2A, Block 1 Liberty Subdivisions."
2. Please provide survey of existing improvements.
3. Please remove any data from the original plat that is not actually on the filed plat (several
stray lines, curb lines, etc.).
4. The original plat seems to be missing some data near the west corner of the lot.
5. Please include the actual right-of-way widths in this area.
6. Please include a note on the plat that states that Liberty Subdivision is considered one
building plot for the purposes of signage and Non-Residential Architectural standards.
7. A cross-access easement between the two lots is required by Section 7.3.B.2 of the Unified
Development Ordinance.
8. Please note that any changes made to the plans, that have not been requested by the City
of College Station, must be explained in your next transmittal letter and "bubbled" on your
plans. Any additional changes on these plans that the City has not been made aware of will
constitute a completely new review.

SUBJECT: LIBERTY (FP-REPLAT) - Final Plat
Staff reviewed the above-mentioned final plat as requested. The following page is a list of staff
review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. If all comments have been
addressed and the following information submitted by Monday, October 29th at 10:00 a.m., your
project will be placed on the next available Planning and Zoning Commission meeting
scheduled for Thursday, November 15th at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1101
Texas Avenue.
One (1) 24"x36" copy of the revised final plat;
Nineteen (19) 11"x17" copies of the revised final plat;
One (1) Mylar original of the revised final plat (required after P&Z approval); and
One (1) copy of the digital file of the final plat on diskette or e-mail to
mtrevino@cstx.gov.
Upon receipt of the required documents for the Planning & Zoning meeting, your project will be
considered formally filed with the City of College Station. Please note that if all comments have
not been addressed your project will not be scheduled for a Planning & Zoning Commission
meeting. Your project may be placed on a future agenda once all the revisions have been made
and the appropriate fees paid. Once your item has been scheduled for the P&Z meeting, the
agenda and staff report can be accessed at the following web site on Monday the week of the
P&Z meeting.

Please note that a Mylar original of the revised final plat will be required after P&Z approval and
prior to the filing of the plat. If you have any questions or need additional information, please call
