Since the right-of-way must be abandoned prior to Planning & Zoning Commission consideration, the inset and depiction of the right-of-way on lot 4 is not necessary. 3. Please show all drainage easements as private. 4. The Certificate of Ownership and Dedication refers to Duck Haven Phase II;please change the certificate to Phase III. 5.
