1. Tax Certificates are needed to verify ownership.

2. Since the right-of-way must be abandoned prior to Planning & Zoning Commission
consideration, the inset and depiction of the right-of-way on lot 4 is not necessary.
3. Please show all drainage easements as private.
4. The Certificate of Ownership and Dedication refers to Duck Haven Phase II;please change
the certificate to Phase III.
5. The acreage on the application does not match the acreage on the plat document.

1. Please add private drainage easement to drainage way on Lot 5.
2. Drainage easements shown outside the boundaries of the plat will need to be dedicated by
separate instrument.
3. ROW must be abandoned prior to Plat going to P&Z.
4. 20'PUE required on rear of all lots abutting unplatted property.
5. Construction documents still under review and may affect the plat.
