No for CO. The following items need to be completed:
1) Provide handicap sign and paint handicap spot and striping for 3rd handicap spot near the end of the
parking lot.
2) Remove job trailer from fire lane and site.
3) Remove roll-off dumpster and port-o-potty from site.
4) Establish ground cover in all areas disturbed by construction activity.
5) Remove construction signs.
6) Remove construction material and debris from site.
7) Clean front sidewalk and street of dirt and debris.

ENGINEERING
1. The standard trench detail shown on drawing W1 (C4) will be used at the public
lines. The trench detail shown on C5 will be used for the public lines.
2. Engineers estimate for the public water main is enclosed.
3. The double check valve and vault have been eliminated from the project. The
isolation valve with the lockable lid is still included in the project.
4. Drawing Cl has been updated to locate the vault out of the PUE(now eliminated)
5. Sheet C4 is also Sheet W1
6. Understood.
The following information is enclosed:
• Seven complete sets of the revised construction documents (site construction
drawings Cl, C2, C3, W1 (C4), C5, A1.2, A1.2, A1.3, MEP1)
• Two copies of the revised site plan (drawings Cl, C2, A1.1, A1.3)
• One copy of the landscape plan (A1.2)
• One copy of the grading and erosion plan C2 (11x17)
• Drawings from meeting (partial drawing of site and 3D model of building)

Staff reviewed the above-mentioned site plan as requested. The following page is a list of staff review
comments detailing items that need to be addressed. The next submittal will be the third and final review by
staff for this round of reviews. If all items have not been addressed on the next submittal, another $200
processing fee will need to be submitted for the subsequent set of three (3) reviews. Please address the
comments and submit the following information for further staff review:
Seven (7) complete sets of construction documents for the proposed development with the
revised site and landscaping plans attached (one set will be returned to you, please submit
additional copies if you want more than one approved set)
Two (2) revised site plans
One (1) landscaping plan
One (1) 11x17 grading and erosion control plan
OR
One (1) revised site and landscaping plan.
If there are comments that you are not addressing with the revised site plan,please attach a letter explaining

Easement Dedication Sheet and required documents (please allow 4 weeks to process).
