Show street intersection/connection of Ginger Court with Campbell Court and Campbell Court with Rock Prairie Road in the profiles. 2. Slopes in slope easement shall be 3:1 at a maximum. 3. Provide off-site drainage easement over Storm Pipe 9. 4. It does not appear that the rear portion of Lot 5 will have fire protection. 5. Will you be providing driveway culvert sizes for Phase 5 through 7 as in previous phases? 6. Insure that the surface treatments/ditch linings extend high enough to protect the full depth of the storm events. (along"L2") Reviewed by: Carol Cotter Date: October 9,2006 ELECTRICAL COMMENTS REQUIRING IMMEDIATE ATTENTION 1. Developer provides temporary blanket easement for construction purposes. 2. Developer provides easements for electric infrastructure as installed for electric lines (including street lights). 3. Developer will coordinate which lots (i.e. lots 5,4, 3,2, 1, and 19) on Block 8 are to be served by CSU so that the final location and number of underground lines crossing Rock Prairie Rd. can be determined. GENERAL ELECTRICAL COMMENTS 1. Developer installs conduit per city specs and design. 2. City will provide drawings for conduit installation. 3. Developer provides 30' of rigid or IMC conduit for riser poles. City installs riser. 4. Developer to intercept existing conduit at designated transformers and extend as required. 5. If conduit does not exist at designated transformer, developer to furnish and install conduit as shown on electrical layout. 6. Developer installs transformer pads,pull boxes (if needed) & secondary pedestals as per city specs and design (transformer pads,pull boxes& secondary pedestals provided by the city). 7. Developer provides digital AutoCAD 2000 or later version of plat and/or site plan email to gm ar tin e z @ c s tx.gov. 8. Developer provides load data for project. 9. Noted. 2. All easements between lots have been labeled. Engineering Comments No. 1 1. PUE has been dimensioned. 2. Off-site drainage easement for Pipe #9 has been shown on the plat, and the paperwork for its dedication is in progress. 3. 5' PUE has been added to Lot 5. Engineering Comments No. 2 1. Profiles for street intersections have been revised. 2. Slope easement typical section has been revised. 3. Easement has been added to the drawings, and the paperwork for its dedication is in progress. 4. The fire hydrant location meets the Design Guidelines. 5. Yes, driveway culvert pipe sizes were included with drainage reports for both Phases 5 & 7, and they have also been included with this resubmission. 6. Surface treatment linings for the ditches have been verified. All lining materials extend high enough to protect the channel. Upon closer inspection, an error in the concrete channel slope was discovered on the left ditch of Campbell Court. The Ditch Velocity Data table in Appendix C has been revised and included with this resubmission. Electrical 1. Noted.
