The maximum block length for a rural residential development is 1500'. Please provide the appropriate documentation. 2. Please be aware that White Creek Road may need to be improved to a paved standard. Please see Gary Arnold with Brazos County for more information. 3. Neither the County nor BTU has made comments regarding this project. Please be aware that County or BTU comments may result in further comments from the City. Provide Finished Floor Elevations on all Lots. 4. A 20'PUE is required on all interior lot lines and against unplatted property. 5. Provide necessary drainage easements along major drainage ways. 6. A 16' PUE is allowed along the ROW as long as there is at least a 16' PUE on the other side of the street; otherwise, a 20' PUE is required. Is there a 16' PUE on the east side of Whites Creek? 7.
