PLANNING/ENGINEERING
1. Regarding metes and bounds, the distance provided along Southwest Parkway outside the plat
bounds does not equal the sum of the two distances shown within the bounds.The plat does not
close with the outside number.
2. The title block needs to include an Amending Plat for William Brooke Hunter Lots 1 & 2 as
well.
3. Please remove the 20-Public Utility Easement. (Per Telephone conversation with Louise/Kerr
Survey on 9/26/06)
4. Certificate of City Engineer is listed above the Certificate of City Planner signature box. Please
change it to Certificate of City Planner.
5. Please add volume and page to the original plat.

Sanitation Comments
1. The private access easement off of Southwest Parkway will need to be extended to the
dumpster area for sanitation access.

ELECTRICAL COMMENTS REQUIRING IMMEDIATE ATTENTION
1. Developer provides temporary blanket easement on Lot 2R for construction purposes.
2. Developer provides 20'Public Utility Easement for all existing electric facilities between Lot
2R and Lot 1R.
3. Developer provides easements for electric infrastructure as installed for electric lines
(including street lights).
4. Developer will provide load data for project as soon as it is available due to 40 week order
time for distribution transformers.
GENERAL ELECTRICAL COMMENTS
1. Developer installs conduit per city specs and design.
2. City will provide drawings for conduit installation.
3. Developer provides 30'of rigid or IMC conduit for riser poles. City installs riser.
4. Developer to intercept existing conduit at designated transformers and extend as required.
5. If conduit does not exist at designated transformer,developer to furnish and install conduit
as shown on electrical layout.
6. Developer pours transformer pad(s) per city specs and design.
7. Developer installs pull boxes (pull boxes provided by the city).
8. Developer provides digital AutoCAD 2000 or later version of plat and/or site plan email to
gmartinez@cstx.gov
