PLANNING
1. The existing and proposed land use classifications need to reflect the designations on the Land Use Plan,
not the current and proposed uses. (Example: floodplain & streams, regional retail, residential attached
etc...)Vacant,multifamily residential,and detention facility are not land use designations on the Land Use
Plan. Also,delineate the bounds of theses categories. Repeat comment.
2. (FYI) -Staff will not be supporting the Comprehensive Plan Amendment.

PLANNING/ENGINEERING
1. Please note on the plan the existing and proposed land use Classification on the subject property
and the abutting properties. (Example: floodplain & streams, regional retail, residential attached
etc...). Delineate the bounds of theses categories.
2. Please change the title block to say Comprehensive Plan Amendment instead of rezoning
request.
3. Please provide a location map on the plan showing the location of the subject property.
5. We have an approved fill permit document that shows this area as Jurisdictional Wetlands.
Please address and provide appropriate documentation.
6. Delineate the centerline of Burton Creek and the floodway based on field survey of Burton
Creek.
