As a reminder, this site is located within Graham Road sanitary sewer impact fee area 92-01, which is $232.04 per Land Use Equivalent (LUE). A 1-1/2 inch water meter for non-residential structures is equivalent to 5 LUEs. The impact fee will be due at the time of building permit.
