The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. If all comments have been addressed and the following information submitted by Monday, November 19, 10:00 a.m., your project will be placed on the next available Planning and Zoning Commission meeting scheduled for, December 6, 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1101 Texas Avenue. One (1) 24"x36" copy of the revised final plat; Nineteen (19) 11"x17" copies of the revised final plat; Parkland Dedication in the amount of$ must be submitted prior to the filing of the final plat; Easement Dedication Sheet for Temporary Turnaround (delete if not applicable); One (1) Mylar original of the revised final plat (required after P&Z approval); and One (1) copy of the digital file of the final plat on diskette or e-mail to mtrevino@cstx.gov. Upon receipt of the required documents for the Planning & Zoning meeting, your project will be considered formally filed with the City of College Station. Please note that if all comments have not been addressed your project will not be scheduled for a Planning & Zoning Commission meeting. Your project may be placed on a future agenda once all the revisions have been made and the appropriate fees paid. Once your item has been scheduled for the P&Z meeting, the agenda and staff report can be accessed at the following web site on Monday the week of the P&Z meeting. http://www.cstx.gov/home/index.asp?page=2481 Please note that a Mylar original of the revised final plat will be required after P&Z approval and prior to the filing of the plat. Any additional changes on these plans that have not been pointed out to the City,will constitute a completely new review. 1 of 2 STAFF REVIEW COMMENTS NO. 1 Project: SADDLE CREEK PH 2 (FP) - 07-00500265 PLANNING COMMENTS 1. Staff has noted the difference in the street names between the approved Preliminary Plat and this Final Plat and contacted Brazos County 911 for their approval of the name changes. 2. Please provide a 20' PUE along the rear of Lots 34-40, Block 3. 3. Please note that any changes made to the plans, that have not been requested by the City of College Station, must be explained in your next transmittal letter and "bubbled" on your plans. Any additional changes on these plans that the City has not been made aware of will constitute a completely new review. 4. This plat is still under review by the County and BTU. Please verify that adequate easements have been provided for BTU and Brazos County. 2. Please submit fire flow report. 3. (Construction Docs — Sheet 2) It appears that a gate valve is missing between Sta. 0+00 and 8+00. Reviewed by: Josh Norton Date: November 5, 2007 GENERAL ELECTRICAL COMMENTS 1. This plat is in the College Station ETJ, but is out of the College Station Utility electric service area. Customer will have to get with their electric supplier for this area to determine electric service specifications and requirements.
