Per our phone conversation, ka is submitting a supplemental letter to the City of College Station Development
Services Zoning Board of Adjustment, regarding the Application Proposal sent to you on October 23, 2007 on
behalf of CBL&Associates Properties, Inc.
The information listed below further clarifies what variances we are pursuing:
1. Pylon-seeking a variance of 6'-10" in height(maximum height allowed 35'-0")due to 8' grade difference
from project corner to Texas Highway 6.
2. Monument Sign (classified as freestanding sign)-seeking variance for three(3)additional signs each equaling
83 sq. ft. in sign area and 8'-0" in height.
3. Vehicular Directional Sign(classified as directional sign)-seeking variance for size and height of signage. Height
variance requested is 10" and sign area is 24.6 sq. ft.
Please contact me if there is any additional information needed for the December 3, 2007 meeting. ka will
overnight 5 additional 11 x 17 books and 24 x 36 boards for your use on that date.Jake Bell from CBL&Associates

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is to notify you that the City of College Station is considering a ZBA
Variance request for the following property:
Applicant: RUTA GRIENER
Subject Property: 1500 HARVEY ROAD

Proposed Variance: SIGN VARIANCES
Property Zoning: C-1 — GENERAL COMMERCIAL
The Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on Monday,
December 3, 2007 at 6:00 p.m. to consider the request. The PUBLIC
HEARING will be held in the City Hall Council Chambers located at 1101 Texas
Avenue, College Station, Texas.
All owners of the subject property and property owners within 200 feet of the
