Because the application is not signed by the property owner, we will need a power of attorney statement from the property owner indicating that the applicant may represent the owner in this request. Please also submit 5 copies of the signage package to be distributed to the Zoning Board of Adjustment board members. Please submit these documents by Monday, November 26 at 10:00 am. Once these documents have been received by our office, your project will be scheduled for the next available Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) meeting on Tuesday, December 4, 6:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1101 Texas Avenue. If we do not receive these documents by the above deadline, your item will be rescheduled for a later meeting date. The agenda and staff report for your project can be accessed at the following web site on Friday the week before the ZBA meeting. http://www.cstx.gov/home/index.asp?page=32 Please note that as a courtesy the City of College Station will put out and pick up public hearing signs prior to and following the ZBA meeting.
