This memo serves as notification that the meeting originally scheduled for Tuesday,
December 4th has been rescheduled for Monday, December 3rd at 6:00 p.m. in the
City Hall Council Chambers. City Hall offices are located at 1101 Texas Avenue. If you

SUBJECT: Post Oak Mall - Variance Request
Staff reviewed the above-mentioned variance application as requested. Because the
application is not signed by the property owner, we will need a power of attorney
statement from the property owner indicating that the applicant may represent the
owner in this request. Please also submit 5 copies of the signage package to be
distributed to the Zoning Board of Adjustment board members. Please submit these
documents by Monday, November 26 at 10:00 am. Once these documents have been
received by our office, your project will be scheduled for the next available Zoning Board
of Adjustment (ZBA) meeting on Tuesday, December 4, 6:00 p.m. in the City Hall
Council Chambers, 1101 Texas Avenue. If we do not receive these documents by the
above deadline, your item will be rescheduled for a later meeting date.
The agenda and staff report for your project can be accessed at the following web site
on Friday the week before the ZBA meeting.

Please note that as a courtesy the City of College Station will put out and pick up public
hearing signs prior to and following the ZBA meeting. If you have any questions or need
