The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address the comments and submit the following information for further staff review: Seven (7) complete sets of construction documents for the proposed development with the revised site plan attached (one set will be returned to you, please submit additional copies if you want more than one approved set) Two (2) revised site plans One (1) 11x17 grading and erosion control plan If there are comments that you are not addressing with the revised site plan, please attach a letter explaining the details. Page 1 of 2 STAFF REVIEW COMMENTS NO. 1 Project: COCS OAKS PARK (SP) —07-00500273 PLANNING 1. Please note that the floodway variance for the placement of the pavilion must be granted by the Zoning Board of Adjustment before the site plan and development permit can be approved. 2. The site plan refers to a note for tree barricades but the note is not provided. Please provide the note and the related barricade details on the site plan. 3. Please show the limits of the floodplain and floodway and identify the FEMA map panel in which it is based on. 4. Please show the entire park, the limits of the property owned by the City of College Station. 5. Show and identify all easements on the property, including volume and page. 6.
