To Whom It May Concern:
Brinker International is requesting an appeal of the zoning official's interpretation of
UDO Section 7.4, I.6.d, "an attached sign shall not extend more than one foot from any
exterior building face, mansard, awning or canopy." The proposed 3-Dimensional Chili
Pepper does not extend one foot past the existing entry canopy. Please see attached
signage drawings, along with color renderings.
