Mr. Villanueva,
After reviewing your case in reference to the specific requirements of the Unified Development Ordinance, we
have determined that the driveways shown on the site plan may be allowed with approval of the Development
Engineer. The Development Engineer has reviewed and given verbal approval for the driveway configuration;
therefore, there is no need to bring this case to the Design Review Board. Final approval will be provided
through the building permit approval process.
I am processing a refund of the $150 application fee. You should receive the check in the mail within 10 days.
The check will be mailed to 908 Dellwood, Bryan, TX 77803.
