Update the submitted date to September 18,2006 and remove the revised date. 3. Please show the lot corner markers and survey monuments that are clearly tied to basic survey data. 4. Due to recent internal discussions about local streets on Master Plans,we will only be requiring rights-of- way that are either on the Thoroughfare Plan or that will be added with the development to be shown on the document. Please remove all internal rights-of-way, existing and proposed, including the future connection mentioned in comment#5. 5. Please be aware that at Preliminary Plat, the residential street adjacent to the Kemp tract will need to be aligned in such that a future connection is practical. 6. Please be aware that at Preliminary Plat, block length variances will need to be requested for all block lengths exceeding 1500'.
