SUBJECT: DUCK HAVEN PH. 2 (FP) -Vacating& Final Plat
Staff reviewed the above-mentioned plat as requested. The following page is a list of staff review
comments detailing items that need to be addressed. If all comments have been addressed and the
following information submitted by Monday, October 16, 2006 at 10:00 a.m., your project will be
placed on the next available Planning and Zoning Commission meeting scheduled for Thursday,
November 2,2006 at 7:00 p.m.in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1101 Texas Avenue.
Two (2) 24"x36" copies of the revised final plat;
Fifteen (15) 11"x17" copies of the revised final plat;
New certified tax certificates submitted prior to the filing of the final plat;
One (1) copy of the digital file of the final plat on diskette or e-mail to
sgriffin@cstx.gov and awelsh@cstx.gov;and
The Mylar original of the revised final plat with the owner and County Judge's
signatures (will be required after the County's approval).
Upon receipt of the required documents for the Planning & Zoning meeting, your project will be
considered formally filed with the City of College Station. Please note that if all comments have not
been addressed,your project will not be scheduled for the Planning& Zoning Commission meeting.
Your project may be placed on a future agenda once all the revisions have been made and the
appropriate fees paid. Once your item has been scheduled for the P&Z meeting, the agenda and staff
report can be accessed at the following web site on Monday the week of the P&Z meeting.

1. Based on numerous discussions, the City of College Station has agreed to remove this request. After
discussions with Brazos County Road and Bridge, the County has also agreed to remove this request.
Please contact Gary Arnold, Brazos County Road and Bridge,with any questions.
