The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address the comments and submit the following information for further staff review: One (1) revised site and landscaping plan. Easement Dedication Sheet and required documents. Please note that the Easement Dedication Sheet and necessary documents are required prior to the issuance of a building permit. If there are comments that you are not addressing with the revised site plan, please attach a letter explaining the details. Please address the following comments and submit for further staff review: 1) The side and rear elevations require at least 2 architecture elements as described in Section 7.9.B.2 of the NRA (pp. 7-46,7-47). 2) Provide a material list along the percentage of materials and colors used, Section 7.9.B.3.c.
