Please indicate that the developer is also the owner of the property in the title block. 2. Please provide an index sheet at 1 inch = 500 feet. 3. The construction documents and reports are still under review and may affect the plat. Reviewed by: Lindsay Boyer, Staff Planner Date: September 7, 2006 ELECTRICAL COMMENTS REQUIRING IMMEDIATE ATTENTION 1. Developer provides easements for electric infrastructure as installed for electric lines (including street lights). GENERAL ELECTRICAL COMMENTS 1. Developer installs conduit per city specs and design. 2. City will provide drawings for conduit installation. 3. Developer provides 30'of rigid or IMC conduit for riser poles. City installs riser. 4. Developer to intercept existing conduit at designated transformers and extend as required. 5. If conduit does not exist at designated transformer, developer to furnish and install conduit as shown on electrical layout. 6. Developer installs pull boxes & secondary pedestals as per city specs and design.(pull boxes & secondary pedestals provided by the city). 7. Developer provides digital AutoCAD 2000 or later version of plat and/or site plan email to sweido@cstx.gov 8. To discuss any of the above electrical comments,please contact Sam Weido at 979.764.6314. No comments Reviewed by: Steve Smith Date: 09/07/06 NOTE: Any changes made to the plans,that have not been requested by the City of College Station, must be explained in your next transmittal letter and"bubbled"on your plans.Any additional changes on these plans that have not been pointed out to the City,will constitute a completely new review. 2 of 2 ENGINEERING COMMENTS NO. 4 1. You have included BCS Unified details with the details previously submitted. Please eliminate those that conflict. 2. Sheet C-3 still shows 37' pavement. 3. With regard to stormwater pipe connections to existing inlet and/or junction boxes, cite BCS Unified Detail S1-03. 4. The relocated water line (to avoid bends under pavement) appears to be outside PUE. Relocate within PUE or dedicate additional width (C-6). 5. You indicate structural backfill for sewer line less than 3.5' deep (C-9). This needs to be cement stabilized backfill. 6. Reminder- Engineers cost estimate and NOI required for issuance of DP.
