Dear Jennifer:
Below are the summary of the revisions made per staff review comments.
PLANNING: (Reviewed by: Jennifer Reeves/Carol Cotter; Date: August 31, 2006)
COMMENT#1: Due to fire lane and sanitation routes, the access easement along the
northwest property boundary will need to be extended across the 11.5' gap to
Lot 9-R. Shared access will also need to be granted between Lot 7R and Lot
8RR for the same reasons.
ACTION: This is beyond the limits of this plat and this property owner. Please see
attached Joint Access Agreement.
COMMENT#2: Show locations of existing water and sewer service lines to the existing lots.
Provide private service easements over these lines or note that they are to be
relocated and indicate where.
/ ACTION: The drawing has been revised per this comment.
/ COMMENT#3: The Vacating Plat on the final version of the document needs to have building
and pavement footprints and utility line information removed.
ACTION: The drawing has been revised per this comment.
./COMMENT#4: Vacating dissolves current lot designations. Renumber Lots to 8R & 9.

/COMMENT#5: Change title to Vacating & Final Plat.

COMMENT#6: Please show how the setbacks are being met with the new lot configuration.
Particularly the rear setback on Lot 8-RR.
ACTION: Please see attached Existing Conditions document.

access.
