STAFF REVIEW COMMENTS NO. 1
Project: EDELWEISS BUSINESS CENTER (FP) - 06-00500186
PLANNING/ENGINEERING
1. Due to fire lane and sanitation routes, the access easement along the northwest
property boundary will need to be extended across the 11.5' gap to Lot 9-R. Shared
access will also need to be granted between Lot 7R and Lot 8RR for the same
reasons.
2. Show locations of existing water and sewer service lines to the existing lots. Provide
private service easements over these lines, or note that they are to relocated and
indicate where.
3. The "Vacating Plat" on the final version of the document needs to have building and
pavement footprints and utility line information removed. (Show how it is currently
platted.)
4. Vacating dissolves current lot designations. Renumber Lots to 8R and 9.
5. Change Title to Vacating and Final Plat
6. Please show how the setbacks are being met with the new lot configuration.
Particularly the rear setback on Lot 8-RR.
7. (FYI) Please be aware that this is considered one building plot for parking and
access.
