Project:BIRD POND ESTATES (REZ) -06-00500181
PLANNING
1. As previously discussed in a the facilitation meeting on September 6th and in the round of
Staff Review Comments, the flood plain and streams will need to be surveyed and a metes
and bounds will be required for these areas. Please provide this information.
2. Please identify all property lines that are associated with this rezoning.
3. Please submit a separate metes and bounds description. This is required with the application
and one was submitted with the original, however it did not have closure. With each
resubmitted a new metes and bounds description is required if it does not close. Our GIS staff
requires this information to check for closure and then it is used for our legal adds and
notification letters.
4. Please bold the rezoning boundaries to more easily identify the bounds of the rezone request.
5. (FYI) Please be aware that a new application is not required with each submittal.
6.Would it be at all possible for the subject property for the rezoning to fit on one sheet?

transmittal letter and"bubbled"on your plans.Any additional changes on these plans that have not been pointed out to the
City,will constitute a completely new review. 2 of 2
