office.
In regards to the standard testing that we require we submit the following:
1. Concrete Pier Inspection
2. Soil Compaction Test
3. Concrete cylinder test of the building and parking lot.

This letter is written in regards to our building permit that currently is being reviewed by your
office.
In regards to the what our standard of operation is for the following:
1. We do not wash down any cars in the bay area or the parking area.
2. Cars are pulled in and the motor is turned off. We start them up to pull them out.
That is the extent that we have the motors running while in the shop area. We do not do any
engine work that would entail running the engine for long periods of time.

Re: Brake Check Site Plan Re-submittal
Jennifer:
Attached are a revised site plan addressing your review comments. A revised set of
Architectural drawings. A revised landscaping plan. Comments to your review notes.
I have included a color rendering showing the revised color selections. The pre-finished
roof panels will be Light Stone. I have enclosed a color sample from the panel
manufacturer. The color Light Stone is not on the color selection list but very closely
resembles colors that are. We would like for you to approve the Light Stone color since it
comes with a 20 year paint warranty.
I think we have addressed all items and look forward to starting construction soon.
Thanks for working closely with our Owner and Designer.
