Lots: 11 — 15 @ 815 Pasler
Dear Sir,
I am hear by requesting variance for the above reference property for the proposal lot
width for lots 12R & 14R— 50 feet. Reason of the variance request is that lots 811, 809,
807, 805 and 803 Pasler are currently widths of 50 feet as well as 817 Pasler. These lots
are located North and South of the subject property.
This request is needed to build two new homes thus meeting the witdh size of properties
currently on that block. In addition there is a request of lot size varience of 5000 square
feet for the subject property. Which five properties are of similar lot size to the North and
more than one to the South of the subject property.
