HomeMy WebLinkAboutStaff Comments ENGINEERING COMMENTS NO. 2
1. Not enough information was provided to adequately review and determine the
cost of the public infrastructure on which to bond. I need a full set of water and
sewer plans.
2. It appears that a 6 inch line is being extended. From the information provided, I
don't thin a single 6" line will provide adequate fire coverage. Only one fire
hydrant can provide fire flow off a 6 inch line.
3. Where are the easements on the plat for the extension of water and sewer?
4. An Engineers cost estimate is required for public infrastructure.
5. There is no scale on the construction plans submitted for Posados Cafe.
6. Without the water and sewer construction plans, the Replat cannot be approved
and scheduled for P&Z. The Replat will not make the August 3rd Meeting. I will
need construction plans by Monday, July 31st for the Replat to make the August
27th P&Z meeting.

PLANNING/ENGINEERING
1. Water and sanitary sewer are required to be extended to Lot 13 and water to Lot 14. Provide
engineering documents for the extensions as well as Development Permit application and
associated fees.
2. Owner listed on Plat is Corinth Properties, but ownership on the application and tax
certificates is listed as Del Mar Baronhead and Gateway Six Partners. What is the
relationship?
3. There is already an existing Lot 12 in the Gateway Subdivision.
4. Lot 9 shall be re-platted as Lot 9R.
5. Change year of notary to 2006.
6. Add lot designations to the Final Plat title.
7. Regarding Ownership and Dedication; can you dedicate to the City of College Station, when
part of Lot 14 is in Bryan City Limits.
8. The certificate of Ownership and Dedication should refer to the lots being platted and not the
existing lot and acreage.
9. Plat application does not have a signature and date. This is required before application is
deemed complete.
