Dear Bridgette, I'm representing Bill Mather, who has recently purchased a '/2 acre tract on Holleman Drive within the Wolf Pen Plaza subdivision. We are working together to prepare the lot for future development and to clean up the easements on the tract — abandon unused easements, dedicate easements over existing utilities and release the temporary blanket easement on the property. We've prepared the necessary paperwork and worked with local utility companies to insure that easements will be dedicated where needed. Attached are the completed "Abandonment of Easement" application and an "Easement Dedication Sheet". Please make sure that through this process, the temporary blanket easement on the property is released. Please let me know if you have any questions or need additional information. (Abandonment of Public ROW/ Easement) CC: Bridgette George Before we can release the temporary blanket easement we will need easement dedicated for all the electric line in the Wolf Pen Plaza shopping center. This lot was part of that and now it sounds like someone else owns it. (I did talk to someone a while back who was interested in the lot and I believe I explained to them about the temp easement situation. The easement they want to abandon,we had a powerline in it and removed it when the shopping center was build. We have no problem abandoning it(but the other easements would have to be dedicated first).
