Recommendation(s): Staff recommends approval of the ordinance. Summary: The easements proposed to be abandoned are portions of three (3) ten (10) foot wide utility easements which cross and lie within Lot 2 of the Wolf Pen Plaza subdivision. Except for an electrical transformer, the existing utility lines on the property do not fall within the easements to be abandoned, but instead are covered by a blanket utility easement.
