SUBJECT: AUSTIN BECKENDORF (FP-MINOR) -Final Plat
Staff reviewed the above-mentioned final plat as requested. The following page is a list of staff
review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address the comments and submit
the following information by Monday 10:00 a.m. for further staff review and approval.
Two (2) 24"x36"copies of the revised final plat;
Parkland Dedication in the amount of$556 must be submitted prior to the filing of
the final plat;
One (1) Mylar original of the revised final plat;and
One (1) copy of the digital file of the final plat on diskette or e-mail to
sgriffin@cstx.gov and awelsh@cstx.gov.

PLANNING
1. Please clarify ownership. The owner noted on the plat certificate is not the same owner on the
Tax Certificates.
2. Remove the Planning and Zoning Commission certificate and replace with the City Planner
certificate.
3. The construction documents and reports are still under review and may affect the plat.

SUBJECT: AUSTIN BECKENDORF (FP-MINOR) - Final Plat
Staff reviewed the above-mentioned final plat as requested. The following page is a list of staff
review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address the comments and submit
the following information by Monday,July 24th, 10:00 a.m. for further staff review and approval.
Parkland Dedication in the amount of$556 must be submitted prior to the filing of
the final plat;

Upon receipt of the required documents for the Planning & Zoning meeting, your project will be
considered formally filed with the City of College Station. Please note that if all comments have not
been addressed your project will not be scheduled for a Planning & Zoning Commission meeting.
Your project may be placed on a future agenda once all the revisions have been made and the
appropriate fees paid. Once your item has been scheduled for the P&Z meeting, the agenda and staff
report can be accessed at the following web site on Monday the week of the P&Z meeting.

1. Please clarify ownership. The owner noted on the plat certificate is not the same owner on the Tax
Certificates (repeat comment). Please provide either legal documentation authorizing Michael Beckendorf
to sign for Clinton and Julia Phillips (owners, as per the paid tax certificates provided to our office),
change the owners' certificate to reflect the appropriate owners and signatures, or provide tax certificates
showing Michael Beckendorf as the owner.
