Dear Ms. Boyer,
I am in receipt of the Site Plan/ARC Review Comments dated June 8, 2006 and in response I would like
to offer the offer:
PLANNING
1. Indicate how you will be meeting the requirements of the Unified Development Ordinance,
Section 5.6.B.4.c, Architectural Relief.
Response: The required separate elements, cornice details, canopies, stone pilasters have been
noted and identified on the Building Elevations. (See attached).
2. Provide bicycle parking detail in accordance with city guidelines.
Response: The City approved bicycle rack has been specified on the Site Plan and will become
part of the final Construction Documents. (See attached).
3. Provide general note that all signs are under separate permit.
Response: This note has been added to the drawings. (See attached).

4. Provide general note that all roof and ground mounted equipment shall be screened from view or
isolated so as not to be visible from any public right or residential district.
Response: All new roof top equipment will be mounted on low roof areas behind new and/or
existing wall parapets to achieve the required visibility screening. This note has been added to the
drawings. (See attached).
LAND SCAPING/STREETS CAPING/BUFFER
1. Provide a general note that 100% coverage of groundcover, decorative paving, decorative rock, or
a perennial grass is required in parking lot islands, swales, and drainage areas, etc., which is
disturbed during construction.
Response: This note has been added to the drawings. (See attached).
I hope this clarifies any issues or concerns which you may have had. I look forward to hearing back from
you soon regarding our response to City Comments as we would like to proceed with our final documents
in order to meet our client's timeframe for construction.
