If a connection is provided to Woodland Hills Park, the distance will be approximately .4 mile. Staff recommends that the land dedication requirement be waved if the developer provides access through the North portion of the new Spring Creek Subdivision. This compromise was reached during a meeting between the developer, Parks and Recreation Department staff, and members of the Development Services Department staff. The development fee of$309 per dwelling unit will be required. . SECTION 10-G: Approval Parks & Recreation Board: After some discussion, Don made a motion to accept the park land dedication requirement as being met for the Spring Creek Subdivision with the understanding that Mr. Thurmond will install an easement that will allow access to Woodland Hills Park. Jon seconded the motion. All were in favor, and the motion passed unanimously. Greens Prairie Investors is saying they paid it on Spring Creek Gardens Ph. 1 and Spring Creek Townhomes Ph.4.I show that the latter's plat was filed(so we should have collected it for this one,but I don't see it),but the first one has not been filed,so I'm not sure we would have collected that one yet unless he submitted it with the plat...I don't see this one either.
