PLANNING
1. Because of the addition of the HOA Common Area (creation of a new lot), this cannot be an
Amending Plat." It must be a replat. If you choose to add the ".081 ac. H.O.A. Common
Area" to the existing "0.956 Acre H.O.A. Common Area," then it is an adjustment of lot lines
and may be an Amending Plat. Please revise either the title or the lot lines.
2. If this is an Amending Plat, please remove the P&Z certificate and add the City Planner
certificate.
3. Please add the owner's name of the property to the east and state whether the property is
platted (shown as "Conservation Buffer").

ENGINEERING
1. The intent of the 10' PUE on each lot line is a resulting 20' PUE. As presented, you will need
to continue the 10' PUE through the HOA area, instead of splitting the PUE.
2. If there are any structures on this lot, you will need to provide a survey.
