Both Planner and Engineer that were assigned to this plat need to check the mylar. Mr. McClure is working on the Eng. Estimate for the remaining work and will submit to Bob Mosley for his approval. From there you will need to submit a letter of credit or deposit. The proposed dumpster pads must be 10-ft x 10-ft, and must be screened. The 10-ft x 10-ft dumpster pad is required due to the size of the dumpster required for this site (300 gal). 2. The velocities discharging from the culvert at SH 40 and Eagle appear to be greater than 6ft/sec and require at least sod for erosion control measures. 3. (Sheet 4, 6, 15) The curbing for Eagle Ave. in the construction docs, as well as the curbing for the "38-ft Pavement Section" in the detail call out "Type 1 Curb Detail", however this is not an approved curb detail. The "Type 4 Curb" appears to be closer to be the approved detail, please refer to "ST1-02" on bcsunited.net.
