She said that we should not have to drive into the drive-ways to service the containers. I told her if so, we would have to require a temporary turnaround at each location. thanks! PLANNING: Comment/ Provide a general note that all roof and ground-mounted mechanical equipment shall be screened from view or isolated so as not to be visible from any public right-of-way or residential district within 150' of the subject lot, measured from a point five feet above grade. Such screening shall be coordinated with the building architecture and scale to maintain a unified appearance. Answer/ See note # 15. Comment Please note identify the zoning of the abutting parcels. Answer:✓ Zoning has been added. Comment Per Wally Urrutia Sanitation Superintendent the four-plexes will be required to provide a 300 or 400 gallon container with a 10x10 enclosure. Answer: We contacted Wally and he agreed that as long as we have a garage or patio to store residential sized roll out containers we would be allowed to use those. Commentease show the parking layout on the site plan. Answer: Parking designations have been added in the garages and driveways.
