SUBJECT: 317 & 321 Redmond Dr(COMP)— Comprehensive Plan Amendment
Staff reviewed the above-mentioned Comprehensive Plan Amendment as requested and has no
revision comments that need to be addressed. Please submit the following documents by
Monday, December 17, 2007, 10:00 a.m. and your project will be placed on the next available
Planning and Zoning Commission meeting scheduled for, Thursday, January 3, 2008, 7:00 p.m

in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1101 Texas Avenue.
Eighteen (18) 11"x17" copies of the Comprehensive Plan Amendment map.
Please note that if the 11"x17" copies are not provided in color, please label each of the Land
Use designations. Upon receipt of the required documents for the Planning & Zoning meeting,
your project will be considered formally filed with the City of College Station. Once your item
has been scheduled for the P&Z meeting, the agenda and staff report can be accessed at the
following web site on Monday the week of the P&Z meeting.
