ADMINISTRATIVE ADJUSTMENT REQUEST
The following specific adjustment (up to 10%) from the ordinance requirements is requested:
Required number of parking spaces is 660 each
Quantity provided is 651 spaces
This adjustment will not be contrary to the public interest by virtue of the following facts: The number of
students who will be living in the facility is 628 (number of beds allowed). Twenty-three (23) spaces
are available as surplus.
The granting of the adjustment will not materially or adversely affect adjacent land uses or the physical
character of the uses in the immediate vicinity because of the following: Sufficient buffers to adjacent areas
exist due to natural terrain.
The granting of the adjustment will be consistent with the purpose and intent of the Unified Development
Ordinance because of the following: All occupants of the complex will have space to park their cars in an off
street location.
The applicant has prepared this application and certifies that the facts stated herein and exhibits attached
hereto are true, correct and complete.
