Please update the date of preparation in the title block to reflect the recent submittal. 2. Please add the `Commercial' label to Lot 3 as it is intended to be developed as a commercial lot. 3. Rock Prairie Road is classified as a Major Arterial on the City's Thoroughfare Plan and therefore requires 120' of right-of-way. Please dedicate half of the additional required ROW (15'). 4. It appears there to be a 25' building line with volume and page number that may be associated with deed restrictions. If there are deed restrictions associated with this plat, please submit them to our office. 5. Please add a note to the plat stating all setbacks will be in compliance with the Unified Development Ordinance. 6. Please remove all certification statements as they will be required for the final plat. 7. Please update the General Notes references to `Harris County Clerk' with `Brazos County Clerk'.
