In looking at the cover letter, it says Monday, Dec. 26th but it should be Wednesday the 26th as we will be closed on Monday. As for comment 6, the preliminary plat should not have any site plan type items on it. In this case, Lindsay made particular mention of the driveways, which are not to be shown. The plat is in part for the subdivision of lots/sections and showing any access easements allowing circulation and access to them. As for comment 7, the unnamed minor collector stubs into the property on the western side along the City Limit line. The City Council removed the collector off of the cemetery property but it still stubs to the property. You can also see it on one of our website maps showing the Thoroughfare Plan. I hope this helps, let me know if you have any questions. I do have a couple of questions that I need an answer to before having this plat revised for resubmittal Monday morning. - Planning Comment no. 6, 'remove all site improvement notes': if I remove the labels on the proposed driveways, should I also remove the driveway linework? I labeled them to show that they would not be confused with public streets, needing ROW dedication. -Planning Comment no. 7, '... unnamed Collector ... will stub onto the property..": I have no clue as to where this street is or is planned. I have not seen the comments and am hoping that you could email them to me (dmayol @suddenlink.net), instead of getting a second generation fax from Michael. If you can only send them by fax, please call first at 690-3378 so we will be ready to switch the fax machine on. (We use the same phone number). Thanks, Henry Mayo Joe Orr, Inc.
