Staff reviewed the above-mentioned site plan as requested. The following page is a list of staff
review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address the comments and
submit the following information for further staff review:
_Two 24 x 36 copies of the Amending Plat
_Digital copy of the plat to sgriffin(c�cstx.gov and awelshcstx.qov

Regarding the Deer Park amending plat,the 10' PUE centered on the lot
line between lots 17-R and 18A-R appears to have vanished. BTU needs
that easement to remain.

After further visits with the developer, BTU is OK with the removal of the 10' PUE centered on the lot
line between lots 17-R and 18A-R.

In reference to our phone conversation yesterday, Verizon does not have
any buried communications cable inside the public utility easement
established between lot 17-R and lot 18-R in Plock 1 of the Deer Park

Stephen,
We have submitted to the City/County the attached Amending Plat. As part of the document,we are trying to
abandon a PUE. We are confident that the PUE does not have any utilities, etc. located within, but the County
is requesting a verification from all the utilities that may have lines located within the easement.
Please refer to the attached PDF of the Amending Plat. I have marked in RED the location where we are
abandoning the PUE. Let me know whether or not you have any utilities located within this easement. Refer to
the Vicinty Map on the Plat for the location of the property.
