KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that HARVEY
HILLSIDES, INC% , a Texas Corporation, and the undersigned, all being
the owners of 331. 76 acres of land described in a deed from Pearl W.
Cuthbcrtson to HARVEY HILLSIDES, INC. , recorded in Volume 251,
page 208, Deed Records, Brazos County, Texas, and platted in Volume
264, page 484, as HARVEY HILLSIDES ADDITION., Deed Records,
Brazos County, Texas, hereby impose and place oh the said property
the following restrictions , to-wit:

• For the purpose of constructing or installing and maintaining
water and gas mains and supply lines or pipes, sewer lines , electric

for all other purposes and uses incident to the development, use and
